Good Scriptures 2 NKJV

Structured by:

R. Andrew Quaife

It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’

[MAT 4:4]

“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you”

[MAT 6:33]

7. Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. 8. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the spirit will of the spirit reap everlasting life.

[Gal. 6: 7-8]

“ ‘You shall love the Lord you God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ “this is the first and great commandment. “and the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as your self.’ “on these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.

[MAT 22:37-40]

Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

[ROM 8:26]

14. For if those who are of the law are heirs, faith is made void and the promise made of no effect, 15. because the law brings about wrath; for where there is no law there is no transgression.

16. Therefore it is of faith that it might be according to grace, so that the promise might be sure to all the seed, not only to those who are of the law, but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all.

[ROM 4:14-16]

3. And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; 4. and perseverance, character; and character, hope.

[ROM 5:3-4]

“The thief does not come except to steal, kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”

[John 10:10]

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.

[HOS 4:6]

For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under the law but under grace.

[ROM 6:14]

2. His descendants will be mighty on earth; the generation of the upright will be blessed. 3. Wealth and riches will be in his house, and his righteousness endures forever.

[PSA 112:2-3]

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

[ROM 12:2]

So the Lord said, “If you have faith as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.”

[LUKE 17:6]

For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

[HEB 4:12]

3. For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. 4. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds.

[2 COR 10:3-4]

But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.

[ISA 40:31]

10. For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and do not return there, but water the earth, And make it bring forth  and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater,

11. So Shall my word be that goes forth from my mouth; It shall not return to me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

[ISA 55:10-11]

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

[EPH 6:12]

“I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance”

[Luke 15:7]

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to his purpose.

[ROM 8:28]

Let them shout for joy and be glad, Who favor my righteous cause; And let them say continually, “Let the Lord be magnified, who has pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.”

[PSA 35:27]

“So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”

[ROM 10:17]
